Hope in the LORD
Oh, give thanks to the LORD, for He is good!
For His mercy endures forever.
Let the redeemed of the LORD say so,
Whom He has redeemed from the hand of the enemy,
And gathered out of the lands,
From the east and from the west,
From the north and from the south.
They wandered in the wilderness in a desolate way;
They found no city to dwell in.
Hungry and thirsty,
Their soul fainted in them.
Then they cried out to the LORD in their trouble,
and He delivered them out of their distresses.
And He led them forth by the right way,
That they might give thanks to the LORD for His goodness,
And for His wonderful works to the children of men!
For He satisfies the longing soul,
And fills the hungry soul with goodness.
*Psalms 107: 1-9*
Indeed God will be our anchor of hope and if we obey and walk in partnership with Him, we will enter the promise land that God has prepared for us even b4 our birth. Don't focus on the circumstances but know that God will let his glory, mercy and grace be revealed through every dark valleys. He will send light so that we won't walk in darkness. Hope in the LORD.
Through the LORD'S mercies we are not consumed,
Because His compassions fail not.
They are new every morning;
Great is Your faithfulness.
"The Lord is my portion," says my soul,
"Therefore I hope in Him!"
The Lord is good to those who wait for Him,
To the soul who seeks Him.
It is good that one should hope and wait quietly for the salvation of the LORD.
*Lamentations 3: 22-25*
